After a rash of last minute cancellations, I have found it necessary to begin enforcing the policies outlined below. These policies are to ensure that all clients have access to salon services in a timely fashion and that no appointment time remains unfulfilled for clients waiting to receive services. Thank you for your understanding in this matter; I truly appreciate your patronage and support of Evolve.

Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. When you make an appointment at Evolve Modern Hairdressing, you are accepting my appointment/cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.

late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late, or later, for their appointment will be asked to reschedule their visit. A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be collected at the time of rescheduling after a late arrival.

cancellation policy

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, I am happy to reschedule a time that is more convenient for you. Please be aware that evening and weekend appointments book quickly so it may be challenging to reschedule a cancelled evening/weekend appointment within a short time frame.

Clients that fail to cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice will be charged in full for their missed appointment. Appointments that are missed with failure to give notice (no call/no show) will be charged and invoiced the full price of the scheduled service.

maintaining a healthy salon environment

Please do not come to the salon sick. Visiting the salon when you are sick directly exposes your stylist and other clients to any illness you have; if you think you are getting a cold, getting sick or are sick, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Stay home, hydrate and rest, come in when you're feeling better!
